Qualifications
This position requires the following: Seeing, hearing, writing, standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, crouching, bending, lifting (50 lbs.), pushing (50 lbs.) and pulling (50 lbs.)
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practice and games.
- Represents the YMCA and maintains appropriate relationships with members, parents and youth.
- Assists with leadership of volunteer coaches.
- Assists in the monitoring of inventory of department's equipment and ensures effective, safe use.
- Assists in daily sports operations.
- Serves as a positive role model to all participants.
- Keeps score for games.
- Perform all safety and emergency procedures as needed.

- At least 16 years of age.
- Must possess a strong work-ethic.
- Ability to multi-task during high traffic time periods
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
