Camp Medical Staff - Summer 2025
YMCA Camp Ernst is Greater Cincinnati's favorite overnight and day camp, providing memorable experience for campers age 6-15. Join our team this summer where you can make a positive impact, create lasting friendships and memories. and gain skills that translate to any future career!
Medical staff are responsible for supervising the health center including daily health needs of campers and staff, storing and dispensing medications according to guidelines, recordkeeping, communicating with families and camp staff, and health form management.
Medical staff can apply to work one or more one-week sessions, or be scheduled for three or more of our Sunday camper check-ins June - August. For more information, visit the camp website.
Medical staff are paid a weekly stipend of $250 , plus free camp for children, or $1000 for those not sending children to camp.
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Current MD, RN or LPN license in the state of Kentucky.
- Current First Aid and state-approved CPR-Child certifications must be maintained throughout employment.
- YMCA Child Abuse Prevention training certification must be obtained prior to the beginning of the camp program.
Salary : $250
