Club Volleyball Coach
We're hiring Volleyball Coaches to be part of the Clippard Family YMCA club volleyball program!
The coach is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the club volleyball team, and working cooperatively with all personnel in maintaining a quality program within the framework of the club volleyball program. This includes instructing on techniques, strategies & playing tactics, conditioning athletes appropriately, conducts safe practices, analyzing performance to improve skills, and teach sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic & responsibility to the team.
Starting pay is $13/hour. Benefits for PT employees include free individual YMCA membership, program discounts, and optional retirement savings plan.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all matters pertaining to the organization & administration of the coaching of the team.
- Enforce all league rules.
- Attend club meetings, tryouts, camps & practices as required.
- Travel to/from regional tournaments (weekends).
- Supervise team at tournaments & practices while providing a safe environment in which all athletes can learn & grow.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
- Post secondary training in education, social services, recreation or equivalent preferred.
- Prior volleyball playing experience required; previous competitive volleyball coaching experience preferred.
