Donor Relations Coordinator
Salary: 42,217.38-47,494.55
Summary: Foster strong relationship between the Y and it's donors by ensuring they feel valued and engaged. Promote achievement, relationships and belonging through acknowledging and stewarding donors, reporting impact, visualizing advancement data, and assisting with donor activities.

Essential Functions:
1. Coordinator donor communications including newsletters, pledge reminders, pledge acknowledgements, tax letters, impact reports, website, blogs, and other materials.
2. Create campaigns in Association CRM (Daxko) for annual, capital, endowment, planned giving and special event campaigns, and enter and maintain accurate donor records
3. Produce high quality donor data visualizations related to campaigns, stewardship, and engagement trends for internal (staff, board) and external ( funders, YUSA) audiences.
4. Assist with special events, fundraising campaigns, and /or projects as assigned, including management of Classy, Donor search, and other resources advancing our cause.
5. Organize and manage departmental intranet and Association development record-keeping, including proper tracking of expenses.
6. Manage donor recognition programs, including giving societies and naming opportunities.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in communication, business, liberal arts, business analytics, data visualization or related field experience in similar role.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate the mission of the YMCA, connect with staff, donors, and volunteers.
3. Ability to engage others in support of the mission; establish strong collaborative relationships and work with others, including all levels of executives and volunteers, in a cooperative and effective manner.
4. Data management, analysis, visualization, and reporting experience via CRM (Salesforce, Raisers, Edge, Daxko), Excel, PowerBI, Visio, Power Point, Canva or similar tools.
5. Understanding of project management and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with the ability to work independently and/ or with a team; Lean Six Sigma or Agile experience preferred.
6. Proven ability to protect the confidentiality of donor and staff data.
7. Passion and understanding of the YMCA mission.
