We're hiring Gymnastics Instructors to join the team at the Powel Crosley, Jr. YMCA!

Responsibilities
- Follows the YMCA of the USA teaching guidelines.
- Work with children to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics while following all safety procedures and protocols.
- Establish clear objectives for all lessons and communicate those objectives to participants.
- Monitor participants' performance to make suggestions for improvement and to ensure knowledge of course standards & objectives.
- Set up/tear down equipment.
- Must demonstrate the ability to teach a safe and effective class.
- Possess current CPR/First Aid/AED/Oxygen certifications.
- Must be available to work through the school year.
- Prior experience in gymnastics required; experience instructing intermediate levels preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- USAG Safety Certification or YUSA Gymnastics Instruction certification a plus.
