We are seeking a highly skilled Ropes Course Specialist to join our team at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. As a Ropes Course Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our campers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high and low ropes course programs and support the delivery of these activities.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and document findings in the ropes log.
- Train campers and staff on the safe use of ropes course equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for ropes course activities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work at heights and complete ropes course safety certifications.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- YMCA Child Abuse Prevention training certification required.
