Ranch staff work as a team to provide safe and fun programming at the Rockin E Ranch. Ranch staff are responsible for supervising campers through all camp activities, building positive relationships with campers and families, assisting in teaching or leading activities as assigned, ensuring the safety of campers, and enforcing and following all camp rules and policies. They will assist the Ranch Program Director and Head Wrangler with the general horse care including, but not limited to farrier and veterinarian care, feeding, stall cleaning, grooming, conditioning and exercising of horses to prepare them for upcoming programs and all other barn chores.
Pay: $520 per week/ $13 per hour.

Job Requirements:
- Position requires employees to regularly walk, stand and ride for long periods of time in various weather conditions.
- Follow CHA and ACA standards, as related to equestrian programs to maintain a high level of safety.
- Proven experience in all aspects of horse care including riding skills, general medical care, equipment and tack care and repair.
- Teaching experience preferred.
