Camp staff work together as a team to lead camp programs for campers, helping them have a successful camp week. The responsibilities include supervising campers during all activities, building positive relationships with campers and families, assisting in teaching or leading activities as assigned, ensuring the safety of campers, and enforcing and following all camp rules and policies.

Requirements
We require a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 18 years of age, and YMCA Child Abuse Prevention training certification prior to the beginning of the camp program. Starting salary is $13/hour.
Availability
Partial and full summer positions are available May-August, with day camp programs running Monday-Friday during the summer camp season.
