Youth Sports Facilitator
We are seeking a Youth Sports Facilitator to join our team at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families through our sports programs.
As a Youth Sports Facilitator, you will be responsible for instructing and demonstrating all proper sports/fitness techniques and answering questions about league rules. You will also be responsible for setting up and taking down equipment, maintaining accurate records and forms for sports program reports, and communicating closely with the branch team on particular problems, circumstances, suggestions for change, etc.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for working with children and adults, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of recreation sports programs and equipment.
