POSITION OVERVIEW : This position is responsible for planning, managing and directing swim teams and for ensuring the safety of participants.
JOB LOCATION : Waukee YMCA HOURS / DAYS SCHEDULE : Evenings and Weekends HOURLY PAY RATE : $12.00-$14.00 / hour, based on experience and credentials CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS : December 9, 2024 - Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Assist in development of team events and lesson plans.Assist in coordinating team entry information.Report specific problems or needs to supervisor or designated staff person.
Know emergency procedures and be able to demonstrate them.Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or designated staff person.
Demonstrate and support the objectives of the Association as embodied in the mission statement and values.
