Job Summary
The Renaissance Pointe YMCA is seeking an Executive Director. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Executive Director will oversee the total operation of assigned YMCA branch, including membership, marketing, programs, facilities, volunteer and staff development, financial development, community relations, and collaborations with community agencies. A successful director will be a detail-oriented, effective listener, strong team builder, and servant leader.

Responsibilities:
- Nurture: As the leader of the branch, the Executive Director should engage strong relationships with the Board of Directors, staff, partners in the community, and families we serve to fulfill the Y’s mission.
- Build: Establish collaborations with other organizations to further promote togetherness and meet community needs.
- Facilitate: Develop and oversee branch budget and annual fundraising goals.
- Engage: Steer the strategic plan of the branch in accordance with Association goals.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- 3 or more years of related experience with progressive management responsibilities including direct supervision of management staff; preferably within the YMCA or other large nonprofit organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Services, or a related field.
- Experience in development of volunteer boards and fundraising.
- Proven track record of developing authentic relationships with others.
- Experience in, or ability to, expertly relate to people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
Salary: Exempt, Full-Time starting at $65,000 annually
