What are the responsibilities and job description for the Y Club Site Supervisor position at YMCA of Greater Kansas City?
Responsible for daily operations and supervision of associates at one before and after school child care program at Wolf Springs Elementary School in the Blue Valley School District. Creates a supportive and fun environment where children learn, develop interests and make friends. Develops and maintains positive relationships with families and building administrators at the site. Our programs operate Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM-8:30 AM and from 3:20 PM to 6:00 PM during the school year.
Hourly Rates
Minimum $19.00/hour
Increases to rates are case-by-case based on experience and education relevant to the field of youth development.

- Ensures the safety and wellbeing of the children by operating the program in a safe and purposeful manner.
- Associate's degree, either in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field or sufficient college coursework/credits and a minimum of six months experience in order to meet state licensing requirements for Director Approval at the capacity of the site.
