This position is for a Snack Shack Coordinator at the Northeast YMCA’s Calypso Cove waterpark. This position is responsible for supervising the Snack Shake staff as well as the overall day-to-day concession stand operations. This is a part-time position with hours available Sunday-Saturday. Various shifts are available from May 11-September 8, 2025 

·        Minimum age of 18

·        Ensuring all Food Safety and cleanliness standards are met

·        Ability to lead, direct and schedule staff to achieve a great experience in or under budget

·        Stocking and ordering supplies while keeping in or under budget

·        Selling concessions and handling transactions

·        Ability to resolve any issues or conflicts 

·        Personable, outgoing, and service oriented

·        Extremely organized and detail oriented

·        Excellent oral communication skills

 

PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

·        Ability to hear, see, speak, lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time

 

STATUS: Part-time, Non-Exempt

 

STARTING SALARY: $13.00/Hour
