Job Skills / Requirements
- Team player with personal commitment to YMCA Mission, Philosophy & Character Development Values
- Required age, 21 and older
- Willing to work with camper ages 14-16-year old’s
- Must be willing to drive a mini bus, no CDL license required
- Ability to lead group activities in an outdoor environment
- Leads group songs, games and crafts, and engages campers in learning activities
- Possess a willingness to work with youth and have FUN.
- Operate with a “Safety First” mentality
