What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Site Director position at YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh?
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Site Director is a full time, 40 hour a week position. The Site Director reports to a Program Director and is responsible, accountable and oversees the day-to-day operations of the YMCA program at Montour Elementary from 6:45 - 8:45 AM and from 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM each day. This includes delivery of supervision, program curriculum and good customer service with parents, school administrations and the public. The Site Director provides mentoring and coaching to staff. The Site Director is expected to learn and follow the standards and practices for high quality care and education in this DHS licensed and Keystone STARS 4 center.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain compliance with all Department of Public Welfare (DHS) licensing requirements, Keystone STARS Quality Standards and safety standards, including staff to child ratios, at all times.
- Assist in the recruiting, screening, training, supervising, observations and evaluating performance of all teachers. Maintain and monitor compliance with the staff training requirements as set by the DHS, Keystone STARS Quality Initiative, and the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh.
- Maintain complete and current records for children and staff as needed to assist the Youth
- Develop and maintain strong parent and volunteer relationships to support the everyday operations, special activities, and quality improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED -and-
- Bachelor's Degree in ECE or related field -and-
- 1 year of experience working with youth
- -or-
- Bachelor’s Degree which includes 30 credit hours in ECE or related field -and-
- 2 years of experience working with youth
- -or-
- Associate's degree in ECE or related field -and-
- 2 years of experience working with youth
- -or-
- Associate's degree -and-
- 30 credit hours in ECE or related field -and-
- 3 years of experience working with youth
- -or-
- Associate's degree -and-
- 4 years of experience working with youth -and-
- 1 Year Management/Supervision Experience

ONBOARDING PROCESS:
- Must complete a health physical and TB test
- 3 letters of Reference needed upon hiring
- Clearances Act 33, Act 34, Act 151 and NSOR letter.
- Mandated Reporter Certification within 45 days of hire (paid training)
- 10 hours of virtual DHS training within 30 days of hire (paid training)
- Complete CPR, Pediatric First Aid training within the first 90 days of hire. (paid training)
SITE DIRECTOR PAY SCALE:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.87 - $19.00 per hour
