POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Annual Campaign Director is responsible for working collaboratively with the Association Director of Annual Giving and select Executive Directors to manage relationships with top Annual Campaign donors. This position is also responsible for strategically identifying potential avenues for growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work closely with the Association Director of Annual Giving and assigned Executive Directors to plan, coordinate, and successfully execute annual fundraising campaigns.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors at assigned branches and camps while ensuring effective communication and stewardship to enhance their connection to the organization's mission.
- Implement annual giving strategies tailored to each assigned branch and camp to increase donor retention, acquisition, and overall campaign success.
- Ensure documentation for accurate donor records, oversee gift processing, and generate reports to analyze and track campaign progress.
- Work with the Executive Directors at assigned branches and camps to educate staff on their roles related to supporting the Annual Campaign.
- Assist in identifying community needs that could be supported by branch programming.
- Identify stories of impact at assigned branches and camps and strategize with Executive Directors on how to leverage those stories for community engagement and solicitation.
- Support the development of marketing materials, donor communications, and promotional activities specific to each branch and camp to effectively convey the impact of donations and inspire giving.
- Serve as the central point of contact between the Association office and the Executive Directors at each branch and camp, ensuring alignment of fundraising strategies with local priorities.
- Contribute to the achievement of annual fundraising goals at each branch and camp by actively participating in the planning and execution of strategies that drive donor support.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred.
- 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Must have excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with fundraising databases and software preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required.
