Position Overview
The Enterprise Housekeeping Manager serves a critical role in the member experience with oversight of daily housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest-level upkeep of the YMCA of Greater Richmond's facilities and campuses. Responsible for directing and overseeing the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department. Leads departmental staff, strengthening and supporting cleanliness standards, core operating processes, and systems to deliver premiere customer service, creating an exceptional member and staff experience. Coordinates daily and scheduled tasks for full time and part time custodial staff and is accountable for the services of association outsourced custodial vendors, and suppliers.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years' experience in housekeeping management experience in hospitality or healthcare policies and practices.
•Working knowledge of PC operations and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and application software required to support YMCA of Greater Richmond operations.
•Must be highly motivated and possess an acute attention to detail with proven job reliability, diligence, and dedication.
•Ability to set priorities and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
•Must have a minimum of 5 years "hands on" experience performing housekeeping and light maintenance in a fast-paced hospitality, healthcare, or whole health environment, with willingness and ability to perform housekeeping duties at times of need or while filling fulltime positions.
•Must have knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and routine preventive maintenance; knowledge of cleaning materials, supplies, and use of equipment (powered and manual) as well as the ability to observe and report needs for maintenance and supplies.
•Must have valid driving license, ability to drive YMCA vehicles, and reliable personal transportation, as this position requires travel to branches throughout the YMCA of Greater Richmond footprint.
•Work necessary hours that include early morning, evenings and weekends as necessary to meet inclement weather demands, branch events, and facility schedules.
Compensation/Benefits
•Competitive salary range: starting at $59,000 based on experience and qualifications.
