The Manchester Family YMCA is seeking part time energetic and experienced individuals to assist with our gymnastics classes. This part time position starts at $12.50 per hour.
DUTIES for Gymnastics Assistant
Assistants will help to implement a successful, engaging and fun program for gymnastics participants.
QUALIFICATIONS for Gymnastics Assistant
We are looking for candidates who enjoy working with children and have experience with basic gymnastics knowledge. Experience demonstrating appropriate spotting techniques and other skills are also required. Incumbent may be required to move equipment of up, with assistance, of approximately 100 pounds and spot (catch or lift) children of approximately 100 pounds. Must have the visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents and the physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency situation. First Aid/CPR/AED certifications are desired.
