The Swift Creek Family YMCA is currently seeking positive role models to provide engaging programming, and safe supervision and guidance for children in our child watch facility! This position reports directly to the child watch coordinator or director of child watch. This part time position starts at $13.00 per hour based on experience.
DUTIES of a Lead Child Watch Associate
Responsibilities of a child watch attendant include interacting with children and their parents/guardians to build relationships, enforcing rules, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
QUALIFICATIONS of a Lead Child Watch Associate
Lead Child Watch associates must be at least 16 years old. Must have a minimum of one year experience working with children.
