The John Rolfe Family YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Service Associates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. This part time position starts at $12.50 per hour.
DUTIES of a Member Services Associate
Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships and completing program registrations. Looking for candidates with open, flexible availability who are able to work opening shifts, preferably.
QUALIFICATIONS of a Member Services Associate
Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
