The John Rolfe YMCA branch of the YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a highly motivated, mission-driven leader to serve as Operations Director.

DUTIES
The Operations Director will oversee the day to day operations of the John Rolfe YMCA including facility management, membership relations, staff supervision and budgeting. The Operations Director will have a strong focus on membership and maintaining the high-quality programs that exist while working to evaluate the need for and implementation of additional high-caliber programming to serve the Henrico and surrounding communities. The position involves a high level of communication, leadership development and financial management. The Operations Director will play an active role in leading and participating in events and programs supporting the Y.
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree and a minimum of five years' experience supervising staff and leading multiple program areas required. This position also requires excellent oral and written communication, computer and financial skills. Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
