The YMCA of Greater Richmond is currently seeking a full-time, highly motivated, mission-driven, team-oriented professional to serve as our Service Delivery Director. We are seeking a Service Delivery Director to lead and oversee the Membership department, which includes the supervision of staff. A primary continued focus of this role will be the growth of branch membership, aiming to enhance our community impact and organizational reach.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the Membership departments, ensuring a high-quality member experience and consistent program delivery.
•Drive membership growth, focusing on recruitment, retention, and member satisfaction.
•Supervise and mentor part-time staff, promoting a positive, team-oriented culture.
•Manage departmental budgets and ensure financial sustainability while meeting key performance metrics.
•Build strong relationships with members, community partners, and stakeholders.
This is a hands-on position that will require afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. At least two years of related experience in a supervisory role is required. Previous experience in membership, or wellness programming is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities and flexible work style are necessary. Diplomacy, act, and the ability to work with a variety of people, in a variety of situations are essential. Must be able to meet deadlines and manage interruptions and handle requests efficiently, successfully coach full-time and part-time staff, and have strong computer proficiency.

Compensation/Benefits:
•Competitive salary range: up to $48k based on experience and qualifications.
