Role Description
This part-time role is for a Livestrong Program Instructor, who will be responsible for leading and administering fitness and wellness programs tailored for cancer survivors. The instructor will create safe and effective fitness plans based on the Livestrong Foundation curriculum, conduct sessions, and provide encouragement and support to participants. This is an on-site role located in Spartanburg, SC.
Qualifications
- Experience in fitness instruction and health education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and adapt fitness programs
- Certification in fitness training or personal training
- Further training may be required and available through the YMCA
