To thrive as an Aquatic Coordinator/Trainer with the YMCA of Greater Toledo, you'll need a blend of skills that make you the perfect aquatic ambassador! A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, along with 1 year of experience, will set you up for success. Your lifeguard and additional aquatic certifications are essential, showcasing your expertise and commitment to safety. We're looking for a leader with a positive history of guiding others-after all, you'll be nurturing the next generation of aquatic stars! You'll also need to be able to drive to multiple branches of the Y.
