Housekeeping Supervisor - Margaritaville Cottages Orlando

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet the company's cleanliness and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high guest satisfaction and supporting the housekeeping team's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other assigned areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Provide immediate feedback and coaching to housekeepers on quality, productivity, and standards
• Assist in training new housekeeping staff and reinforcing brand standards
• Ensure guest amenities and supplies are replenished appropriately
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and report performance or issues to the manager
• Help coordinate room status updates with front desk and maintenance
• Uphold all company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness protocols
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or inspection experience in hospitality preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
