The Human Resource Manager is responsible for demonstrating effective leadership that drives business success and compliance with local, state and federal employment regulations.
- Manages the Talent Acquisition process including the recruiting, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Ensures effective background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Enhances the new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Ensures timely off-boarding practices.
- Manages benefit open enrollment.
- Review compensation practices and provide guidance to leaders.
- Lead Point of Contact HRIS - iSolved.
- Ensures compliance with OSHA standards and reporting.
- Develops and provides training to Team Members and leaders as needed for compliance and successful business operations.
- Manages investigations.
