Owner Ambassador

The Owner Ambassador acts as the primary point of contact to homeowners within the management program of Luxury Residential Resort, part of NDM Hospitality. They develop the relationship between company and client and provide feedback to the entire operation. This agent will be in contact with all departments within the organization in order to satisfy all inquiries received from homeowners. This includes maintenance, accounting, marketing, and sales. They assist with processes such as onboarding during our rent ready process, furnishing replenishment, and monthly statement reviews. The Owner Ambassador must have a general understanding of the company's day-to-day operations and business strategy, an ability to communicate effectively through any means, listen with compassion, and handle confidential information.

• Excellent customer service, people skills, and resolution management
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be organized and able to follow up with multiple departments
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Understanding of basic accounting
• Problem solving and critical thinking

Education & Experience

• High school diploma is required; higher education is a plus
• Customer service experience required, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Bi-lingual (Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Mandarin) preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required
• Experience in property management and PMS preferred
• Experience in real estate, construction, or property management is a plus
• Understanding of accounting software is a plus
• Understanding and comprehension of contracts is a plus
