The Greensburg YMCA has a need for positive, energetic, and nurturing assistant group supervisors for our Before and After School Enrichment (BASE) Program.
Responsibilities include:
- Provides continuous supervision to children to ensure the health and safety.
- Help in developing age- appropriate curriculum that are both fun and educational (Ages range from 6 weeks to 12 years).
- Supporting the program and mission of the Greensburg YMCA.
- Assuming all other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 15 – 30 Early Childhood Education credits from an accredited college or university and One year previous experience working with children (1250 clock hours) OR High school diploma or GED and two years previous experience working with children (2500 clock hours).
- Must have PA State Criminal History Clearance (Act 34), Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance, and NSOR clearance
- Physical Exam and TB test within the last 12 months
Shifts: 6:45 AM - 8:30 AM and/or 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM
