ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES:
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in making sure our guests and staff feel at home by keeping our rooms and common areas clean and inviting. Your tasks may include:
- Making beds and changing sheets & towels
- Emptying wastebaskets and dusting furniture
- Sweeping and mopping rooms to keep them fresh
- Cleaning bathrooms and water fountains
- Being aware of new check-ins and check-outs
- Laundering sheets, bedspreads, and towels on a scheduled basis
- Waxing floors and cleaning walls (monthly)
- When necessary, packing rooms and putting items in storage (with proper tagging for identification)
- Reporting any unusual or suspicious activity to ensure a safe environment
- Collaborating with the front desk for lock-outs, key blocks, and other guest needs
- Must be 18 years or older
- TB clearance
- At least 1 yearof experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or a similar role preferred
- CPR/AED, First Aid required
- High School diploma or equivalent
