Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Benefits Specialist role located in Memphis, TN. The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, worker’s compensation, leaves of absence (including FMLA & ADA) and unemployment benefits while ensuring compliance with regulations. This role is the main point of contact for effective communication related to benefits and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience managing FMLA, ADA and all types of Leaves of Absence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in benefits management and administration, includes monthly benefit reconciliation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
