We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Community Ambassador at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for our community members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and support.
The successful candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly valued in this role.
Your responsibilities will include greeting and engaging with community members, managing customer transactions, and resolving opportunities and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining facility cleanliness and reporting any safety hazards to your supervisor.
