YMCA Family Camp Pinewood is now seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Family Camp Program Facilitators to join our team for the 2025 season. Our camp provides a unique opportunity for families to come together, learn new skills, and create lasting memories in a beautiful outdoor setting.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children and families, and have experience leading recreational activities. As a Family Camp Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for organizing and promoting activities such as arts and crafts, sports, large group games, music, social recreation, camping, and various hobbies that provide campers with experiences that support and enrich their lives, teach life skills, and promote wellness of spirit, body, and mind.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have the ability to plan and lead activities that cater to diverse age groups and interests.
