What are the responsibilities and job description for the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Program Coordinator position at YMCA OF METROPOLITAN DALLAS?
The DEI Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Vice President of DEI in completing projects and strategic initiatives. Their duties include monitoring budgets for assigned projects, communication with and supporting of project team members, monitoring project schedules and deliverables to adhere to deadlines, supporting Employee Resource Groups, assisting with organization and implementation of DEI related imperatives, events and meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Creating and monitoring long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines for assigned projects and initiatives.
- Serving as a point of contact for assigned projects.
- Communicating with executives on project and strategy progress.
- Performing quality control on the project to maintain the standards expected.
- Assist with schedule appointments and maintain calendars for events and meetings.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence in the process of managing projects
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
This is a part time position that will work approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Salary : $27,600 - $34,900
