Position Overview: As a Summer Learning Academy Enrichment Leader, you will:
- Ensure students are divided into age-appropriate groups and provided with a safe, engaging, and bully-free environment.
- Implement daily activities and encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity.
- Maintain accurate daily counts of children and adhere to field trip procedures.
- Serve as a positive role model for youth by demonstrating respect, loyalty, patience, integrity, courtesy, and maturity.
- Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years; High School Degree/G.E.D. or higher education.
- Previous childcare experience preferred but not required.
- The ability to work outdoors and lead activities, including swimming days.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry at least 30 pounds, and transition from sitting to standing with ease.
