Position Description
This position will be responsible for all aspects of human resources and provide assistance in payroll administration. Responsibilities include but not limited to serving as a liaison between the association and benefits provider, maintains personnel records, assists with processing new employee paperwork, and other duties as assigned. The Human Resource Director is also expected to perform administrative functions and professionally handles confidential communications.
Qualifications
- EDUCATION : Bachelors' degree in Business Administration preferred
- EXPERIENCE : At least two (2) years' experience in building a culture, skilled clerical functions, and / or in the Human Resources field, preferred
- SPECIALIZED SKILLS : Excellent written & verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities
Placing employees' records on leave & return to active status upon completion of leave, in Dayforce
Assist hiring managers / supervisors with the development of job descriptions
Review and approve new hire forms within WorkBright Onboarding
Will work with the Payroll Department, in a timely manner, by submitting the necessary separation documents for processing
Create accounts for Child Abuse Prevention and Workplace Harassment Prevention
Serve as the front line of support to identify and resolve potential and routine employee concerns and complaints
