As a Y&G Program Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping this impactful program running smoothly, supporting both our youth participants and the dedicated volunteers who make it all possible.
What You'll Do :
- Volunteer Coordination : Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and communicating with program volunteers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to mentor students
- Travel & Event Logistics : Organize transportation, lodging, and schedules for conferences, trainings, and program-related trips
- Administrative Support : Maintain accurate records, process paperwork, and track participant registrations and volunteer requirements
- Communication & Outreach : Keep volunteers, participants, and caregivers informed with clear and timely updates via email, newsletters, and social media
- Program Assistance : Help with event planning, workshop coordination, and ensuring smooth operations during Youth & Government activities
- Inclusivity & Engagement : Support efforts to create a welcoming and accessible environment for all students and volunteers
