Do you love creating safe and welcoming spaces for others? The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for a **Gym/Facilities Monitor** to ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and enjoyable for members and guests.
As a Gym/Facilities Monitor, you’ll oversee activity areas like the gym, urban trail, and aquatic spaces while keeping an eye on restricted zones. You’ll also help with light cleaning, equipment checks, and building relationships with members to create a positive atmosphere.
**What You Bring:**
Be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Enthusiasm for helping others and keeping things safe
**Certifications You’ll Need (we’ll help you get them):**
- New Hire Orientation training before your first shift
