In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the charge by supervising staff, implementing lesson plans, and making sure our program runs smoothly.
- Create magic by engaging kids (ages 5–12) in fun activities that support their growth—socially, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
- Build community by connecting with parents, school staff, and YMCA teams to keep everyone on the same page.
What You’ll Need:
- Age: 21
- Education & Experience: High school diploma 4 years of experience working with kids in a group setting or
- Bachelor’s degree 1 year of group experience or
- 36 credit hours in child development or related fields 2 years of experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification (within 30 days).
