The YMCA of Northern Colorado is looking for year-round Lifeguards at the YMCA.

Salary range: $16.50-$18.50/hour based on experience. In addition, we offer a 10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.
Shifts Needed: 5:15am - 3:15pm Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 6:00pm Thursday - Sunday

Responsibilities
- Advocate for the safety and wellbeing of our members and guests, and keep our Y's pool a friendly, welcoming environment for all to play, learn and build confidence in the water.
- Ensure the safety of participants while they are in or near the pool or hot tub
- General maintenance and cleanliness of the pool, water testing and general problem-solving
- Relate positively to a variety of people including other staff, members, program participants, and children
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age. If you are 15 please apply as a Junior Lifeguard
- Current ARC/YMCA Lifeguard, First Aid, AED, Emergency Oxygen and CPR-PR Certifications
- Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful
- Blood Borne Pathogens within 30 days of being hired
