What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Clinician - Peninsula Y position at YMCA of San Francisco?
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, this position is responsible for performing therapy in a manner that is consistent with the legal and ethical standards set by the professional field and the YMCA of San Francisco’s mission. This clinic-based position is responsible for maintaining a caseload of clients both in person and virtually. This includes providing assessment, individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSA master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work OR currently enrolled in a MA program.Current registration with the BBS.At least 1 year post-graduate school experience working with youth and their families.Knowledge of legal and ethical standards of practice, including child abuse reporting laws.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in crisis management, collaboration, school services, and provision of training.#J-18808-Ljbffr
