PSA Enrichment Leaders work in dynamic classroom settings that may include both indoor and outdoor spaces, engaging in activities that require moderate physical activity, such as standing, walking, and interacting with students. The role requires the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive and engaging demeanor, and meet the physical demands of teaching and supervision, including handling classroom materials and technology.

Salary Description

The Power Scholars Enrichment Leader position offers a compensation range of $19.50 - $22.00 per hour. This rate is based on salary benchmarking for similar roles and is aligned with grant fund approvals and requirements for the position.
