We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Trip Leader to join our team at the YMCA of Silicon Valley. As a Trip Leader, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of teen campers and lead them on exciting outdoor adventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise groups of campers
- Develop and implement program activities
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Collaborate with the Tripping Director
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with youth in a camp or outdoor setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
