This is a Part-Time, hourly position located at YMCA Camp Casey on Whidbey Island.

Position Summary:
Provide customer service to participants and user groups of YMCA Camp Casey during the weekends. Be on-call support for after hour guest questions, check-ins, check-outs and problems. Clerical and administrative support for the Camp Casey pool and other Camp Casey programs as needed. These services are provided in a professional, efficient, and accurate manner to ensure a positive customer experience creating a safe, positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes participant safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Assure compliance with state and local regulations as they relate to program areas
- Participate in required meetings
- Assist current clients with onsite needs (fire pit reservations, linen packet requests).
- Make and adjust client/guest reservations in conference software and sent client emails.
- Provide information about YMCA Camp Casey, the YMCA of Snohomish County and the local area to walk in clients and phone in clients.
- Process payments as needed
- Be on call at least 3 weekends/month by being responsible to receive all guest calls for emergencies and after hour questions.
- Provide clerical support to the office by sorting mail, answering the phone, retrieving voice mail, filing, copying, data entry and other administrative projects to support programs.
- Create positive interactions while preparing for guest arrival/departures at Camp Casey and Fort Casey Inn during weekend coverage. This includes greeting clients, reviewing Casey policies, providing paperwork, issuing and returning keys remotely, utilizing conference software program, and following after hours check-in and check-out procedures. This also includes securing buildings and inspecting for damages.
- Ensure YMCA program standards are met and safety procedures followed
- Provide for upkeep of assigned program facilities and equipment
- Maintain relationships with parent groups and other organizations and agencies related to assigned programs
- Assist in YMCA fund raising activities
- Assist in the marketing and distribution of program information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals, families and communities of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Experience in the hospitality industry or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills and experience with standard business software
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in second language desired
- Possesses Washington State Drivers License
