POSITION SUMMARY : Ever wonder what it takes to make camp the best place to be? Come be a part of our team and find out. We are looking for fun seeking individuals who want to make a positive impact on youth and their community. Crew allows members to have fun while gaining valuable professional development skills they can take with them anywhere.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
1. Serve in Administration, Maintenance, Programing and Kitchen
2. Coordinate with activity specialist and directors on programing
3. Provide direct supervision to youth while helping staff lead activities
4. All other duties as assigned by the director
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Must be 17 or older
2. Passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to the mission and cause of the YMCA.
3. This position requires a good attitude and willingness to learn
4. Have or willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, or Lifeguard
5. Willingness to have fun, laugh, and be silly with a love of the outdoors

1. Must be able to see, hear, and speak clearly.
2. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
3. Must be in good health, able to bend, stand, stoop, walk, climb and work outside in all terrain and weather conditions for extended periods of time.
4. Must be able to comprehend and communicate written and or verbal instructions.
5. Comfortable working at heights and around water.
