Hiring for the 2024-2025 School Year - Downtown Eau Claire and North Side Supporting Sites (surrounding elementary schools)
Schedule: Part-time (2-5 days/week; Flexible Shifts)
6:15 am to 8:30 am and/or 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm shifts
Monday/Wednesday/Friday's needed!
- Part-time positions for Fall 2024 in morning and/or afternoon
- $12 - $15 per hour

The YMCA of the Chippewa Valley is looking for fun and energetic people who want to make a difference in the lives of children by providing direct supervision of youth in a school setting for Chippewa Falls districts. Unleash potential and joy in each child by helping them build memories, skills, values and lasting friendships and a safe environment.
You will care for and guide children ages 5-12 while engaging them in a safe, fun and educational recreational experience. Lead and support youth development through creative program planning and role modeling of the Y’s character development values while building strong relationships with the entire family
Qualifications
- Experience with children, childcare, and camps
- Classroom management skills
- First aid certification
- Experience in special education or teaching
- Background in daycare, sports coaching, and babysitting
- Strong skills in behavior management and childhood development
