YMCA of the Fox Cities' Camp Nan A Bo Sho is hiring an Assistant Camp Director (ACD) to join us in empowering youth in the great outdoors. If you're passionate about camp, a natural leader, thrive on adventure, and are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, we encourage you to apply.
Your journey with us will involve everything from ensuring an exceptional summer staff team is recruited, coached and developed to managing logistics and providing leadership in the development and implementation of overnight, day and off-season group camp programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to develop relationships with campers, parents, staff, and volunteers, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all campers. The ACD will interact with campers and parents, address concerns, and ensure their needs are met.
During the non-summer seasons, the ACD will provide leadership-level support within our association, maximizing our non-camp programming, utilizing your strengths and as well as aligning with career goals.
