As a member of our Youth Center Team, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging space for local youth. The McPherson Center provides a fun and supportive environment where teens can socialize, play games like pool and air hockey, use the computer lab, enjoy video games, and participate in various programs and leagues.
On a typical day, you will supervise activities, ensure the space remains safe and well-maintained, and encourage positive interactions among participants. Your presence will help foster a community where teens feel valued and supported.

- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to provide sound guidance to teens.
- Experience working with youth in structured programs that promote leadership and life skills.

- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelors degree or coursework in youth development, education, or a related field is preferred
- Evening and weekend availability required: Monday - Friday 3pm to 7pm
- Strong ability to connect with and engage teens in a positive and meaningful way
