Job Description
The annual salary range for this position is $43,230 - 57,640. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of other benefits and earned time off that vary depending on part-time or full-time status.
- Job Summary :
The Individual Giving Associate advances philanthropy for the YMCA of the North by leading and supporting various key strategies in Mission Advancement. The Individual Giving Associate will provide critical, detail-oriented support for stewardship communications, endowment management activities, and prospect research. This team member will also serve as a lead for Mission Advancement events.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Individual Giving who reports to the Vice President of Mission Advancement. The incumbent interacts regularly with the Individual Giving team members, Donor Management, Finance staff, as well as with Executive Directors, Donors and Volunteers. The employee does not supervise staff.
