What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Associate position at YMCA of the Northern Sky?
Rentals Associate:
The Rentals Associate is responsible for the supervision and safety of children during rental events, assuring that the reserved area is prepared, and necessary supplies are available. This position is also responsible for clean-up following events.
- Sets up and prepares for the rental as needed
- Assures that any program equipment and supplies are set up and available
- Place signage around the building to notify participants
- Greet guests as they arrive and ensure accurate recording of guest check-ins
- Supervises youth during activity and maintains order and control of the event, being available to answer questions of participants
- Assists with any accidents or injuries and completes necessary Incident Report forms, as well as notifies the Community & Social Events Coordinator as needed
- Cleans the rental area(s) when the rental is complete
- Locks all doors as necessary
