Job Description
As a Camp Health Care Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our campers and staff. You will work closely with our Health Center Director to manage the day-to-day operations of the health center, including administering medications, triaging illnesses, and maintaining accurate medical records. Additionally, you will develop and maintain collaborative relationships with our nursing team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our camp community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a Registered Nurse (RN) license with an active North Carolina Nursing License or equivalent. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Nurse is required, with pediatric experience preferred. You must also possess strong assessment skills, ability to adapt to different environments, and excellent communication and documentation skills. Multilingual individuals are desired but not required.
